Crepês

This past Tuesday my flatmate prepared a great dinner for some friend. I arrived very late because I was working with the American Stock Exchange and when this happens my schedules follow Eastern Time..

Este martes pasado mi compañera de piso preparó una gran cena para algunos amigos. Llegué muy tarde porque estaba siguiendo el mercado americano y cuadno esto ocurre mis horarios siguen la hora del Este.

Well, the thing is I arrived late and the only think I could prepare fast enough were crêpes. Luckily one of our friends has lived in Belgium for a couple of years and he helped me (maybe he did more than me). We prepared crêpes with chocolat and sugar and the thing that you can find in the middle of the place is “salami de chocolate” a typical Portuguese desert.

Bien, el tema es que llegué tarde y la única cosa que pude preparar lo sufiencientemente rápido fueron crepes. Afortunadamente uno de nuestros amigos quien ha vivido en Bélgica durante unos años me ayudó (quizás el acabó por hacer más que yo). Preparamos Creps con chocolate y azúcar  y el alimento en el medio del plato es “salami de chocolate” un postre típico portugués.
